For the purpose of late cancellation/no-show fees, it is required that each client have a valid credit card on file. Nothing will be charged to a credit card on file unless a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours of their appointment. Should you decline to have a credit card on file, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments. No exceptions.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

NO SHOW NO CALL

If you do not show up to your appointment at all you will be responsible for 100% payment for all scheduled service(s) in said appointment. If you choose not to have a card on file, you will be sent an email invoice for the FULL amount of the missed service(s). This must be paid prior to any upcoming appointments. Prepayment will be required to reschedule.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

As a courtesy, we send out text reminders 2 days before a scheduled appointment. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given you will be responsible for 50% of scheduled services, should you need to cancel/reschedule within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service which you are cancelling or rescheduling.

FOR COSMETIC TATTOOING

For Cosmetic Tattooing appointments, we maintain a 48 hour rescheduling policy. The minimum booking fee of $100 per procedure area is 100% nonrefundable. Please be sure you are fully committed to the appointment day and time before paying as the booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstance. If you come to the appointment and are not a qualified candidate for cosmetic tattooing your booking fee will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the full procedure fee for that day. Prepayment will be required to secure a future appointment in this circumstance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance. If less than a 48 hours notice is given you forfeit 50% of your booking fee while the other 50% is rolled over to next appointment time and an additional $50 per procedure area is required to reschedule. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or a no show occurs you forfeit your booking fee and will be required to prepay in full to reschedule.
